Finished my AX trailer setup during lunch today. Got it hooked up and went for a drive around town and it tows real nice (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/clap56.gif)
I do have one issue with the trailer lights, they work but are very dim. I thought it might be a grounding issue but when hooked up to my truck they are nice and bright. Got to see if there is a heavy duty turn signal relay for the 914 (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) A few Pictures (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) Attached image(s) |

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/thumb3d.gif) How long does it take from start to finish to get it all setup and ready to go?

About 5 min. I will leave the box loaded with jack, tools, other misc AX equipment and I plan to leave the tires on the trailer. The trailer is very well balanced so it is easy to move by myself when loaded.

Dieing to find out how well the car can pull a trailer, Like to and event. What kinda speed can you maintain does the trailer drive the car? and what about stopping...
Please give a us a full report of how it goes. I forget what wheels did you end up getting for the Hoosiers. can't quite make them out. |

Nice setup Garold! One of our DE instructors in CIR has something similar for his 928.
Now we need you to get registered for our "Spring Brake" DE event at Putnam Park (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/driving.gif) |

Nope, it's lowered and counter balanced now (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) The negative 1.5 camber helps, plus fender lips are rolled (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)
