Tonight my friend Brandon and I did some repair work on the Venison Wagon. It may have lost its engine (see part 1), but it got it's window frame fixed. Turned out not to be too difficult. Here's the process:

How did you maintain alignment when cutting off the old and welding in the replacement? Did you have a system or did you just eyeball it?

I tried a lot of things to make sure the cuts matched. But when it comes down to it, I just eyeballed it. The cuts weren't perfect. But we did a great job of filling the gaps and all's well that ends well.
