I have an OEM vinyl visor that has a crease in it, how can I remove this crease?

I'd set it in the sun and see what that does. Next would be a hair dryer, and last would be careful warming with a heat gun, very careful!

If you're not in a hurry, you can just set the visors on a flat surface for a week or so (perhaps a little longer in your case due to the deep indentations), and the creases will eventually work themselves out. That's been my experience at least.
