As an Engineer, I have carefully thought out each and every modification to the nth degree. I’ve only put about 100 miles on it per year for the past 10 years so I think it’s time to let someone else enjoy it. Only about 4000 total miles on the engine and transmission and most of the vehicle since I went through it about 18 years ago. Rear brakes were just redone this Spring with all new hardware, POR-15’d drums and proper pressed in 14mm studs. Paint job isn’t the greatest but still looks darn good driving down the road. Always stored inside in a climate-controlled garage and never driven in winter. $14k obo Pictures below... |

Having seen this bug progress from the day Tom bought it, this is an amazingly well sorted car. Tom never does anything half-assed and this bug reflects that. This would be a fantastic toy for someone to enjoy. It needs nothing. I am sad that Tom is selling it, but it makes sense.
