Today I got another package of parts from PP for the Westy. Upto $500 has been spent on that ride and its running better.
Took the heads off the 914's engine and started measuring the ring gaps, looking for reasons why the motor was burning soo much oil. I'll disassemble the heads tomorrow and check the valve guides for wear etc. At least the front seal wasn't blown like I was thinking.
Been posting on the yahoo 914 site refuteing the lies these two morons have been posting about B and the #4 car. I suspect one of them is in law enforcement as he knows alot about B and what is happening. The other guy (a914collector) is supposed to have owned the car when B got it. Both are gleeful that B is in jail.
