Here's some details on my new build. I spent Sunday November 12 match porting my new heads fron Jake. Theses are LE 200 heads and the intakes are larger than stock so that meant I had some work to do matching ports.

As you can see the intakes are slightly egg shaped as seen in the first picture.

Most of the work was grinding the phenolic spacer. I used a carbide acrylic bur in my lab handpiece at work. The second picture showes the altered spcer on the head.

I had to remove considerable material from the intake manifold to match them to the ports. I ground clear through the steel tubing and into the aluminum as you can see in the 3rd picture.
