Caliper Rebuild and POR15ing the Body

Started doing a rear caliper rebuild a long time ago, finally got back to it lately. Spent the better part of the day disassembling, blasting, cleaning, and BSing. Tomorrow I should get around to powdercoating them matte black. Used Eric Shea's http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=24229 as a guide. Found that an easier way to remove the piston from the outer half was to remove the nut and clip and take an old drill bit and push the piston out that way. These were taken midway through bead blasting them. Pretty easy to tell how well it works on the pistons.

Plan on washing them really well in water to remove as much of the sand and grit as possible then baking them at about 400°F as a prebake for powder coating them and to dry them as much as possible. Can't have them rusting on me again.

Also, POR15ed the fenderwells and parts of the engine compartment and bottom last weekend. The rest of the engine compartment and bottom were done a while ago. This weekend the rear fender wells were foamed up, mainly the sail panel area. They were a wreck when we got the car, so we POR15ed them after cleaning them up the best we could and put the foam in there to keep moisture out as much as possible.
