#1 goes to the aar valve (warmup valve)

#2 is connected to the intake itself

#3 goes to the passenger side head vent

#4 goes to the vent at the middle rear of the engine.

#5 goes to the idle air control valve

#1 goes to the drivers side cylinder head vent

#2 goes to the aar (warmup valve)

Note I cut and JB welded the two egr valve nipples circled

The blue lines are the soft lines I added. You also have to do a couple of other minor things like making a small plate to cover the hole where the EGR goes, etc.
