Here is a collection of member 901 gear setups for Autocross, Street, and Track. This 914World resource provides a consolidated listing of in-use gear sets, by application, as well as member contacts to support you when planning a new gear set for a new engine, a new track, etc. Use this info to run a gear ratio model in the 914 901 Gear Ratio Workbook which is available in the Re-gearing tech article, and then tune your gear set for your car’s tire diameter, RPM, etc.
If you’d like to contribute to the 'Gear Set Library', please post on the 914 901 Gear Ratios thread in the Paddock, and include: Applicable Category, Track (if applicable), Engine (cc & cylinders), HP, Redline RPM, Tire Diameter, Weight w/Driver, 1st-5th gear codes and any short comment that you’d like to pass on, or better yet provide the link to the applicable 914World discussion thread.
