QUOTE Looks just like the VDO gas gauge I had in the thunder bus. What's the 800 bucks all about? Go back and re-read the post. That was a joke about our buddy Gordon up in Canada (5 years ago) who was buying VDO outside temp gauges and trying to sell them in the classifieds for 3x list as NLA parts. When I called him on it he got pissed and left... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif) Damn Canadians anywhoo! I'll probably get banned by the moderators, but here goes....
There have been enough requests for a single gauge plate, that I went ahead and made a short run of 50. The plate is flat, so if you want the angled look you are on your own. http://www.rennenmetal.com/proddetail.asp?prod=1517 David Lee (RennenMetal) QUOTE Looks just like the VDO gas gauge I had in the thunder bus. I thought it was always followed by a question mark. As in, "that Canadian Club tastes like shit". "EH"??

Drinking C&C is a mistake. There are hundreds of much better Rye Whiskeys available. So in your example the question mark is appropriate; and I agree.

However Elliot's punctuation is still flawed. The sentence should read, "That Canadian Club tastes like shit, eh?" Remember, Elliot; 'eh' is used the same way you use 'huh.' "So you're a Canadian, eh?" "So you're an American, huh?" |
