1975 2.0. No spark coming from the coil. Found what I think is the lead coming from the relay panel but no still no joy. What's supposed to be hooked up to the coil? Thanks for your time.

You need switched 12 volts ( not sure of the color) to positive side of coil, a black purple(tach) and a green (distributor) to the negative side of coil.

Black wire coming from the same part of the harness as the bl/pur, and green. The black wire goes to the coil.
