The original painted racer had a green roof, but I guess the GGR replicar didn't know that or chose to ignore it.

yupp, the green was by choice to reflect the color of a Jägermeister bottle.

when the replica was build they only had black/white photos, so they missed the "condagrün" roof, sailpanels and pilars ...

Just to let everyone know that today is winter solstice, the shortest day of the year.
A good time to gather with friends around an outdoor fire and pass around that bottle of Yager.

Yup, it is for your car, Mike. I'm still searching for the right color primer to paint the right front fender of the narrow red car. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

j/k.

I'll get the red one done pretty quick, but the Jager car will take a long time as it will mostly be painted with a custom 000 liner brush. I hate going with old technology, but in this case I don't see any other practicle way.

I think the Kyosho Mini Z MR02 is the best bet with these cars. It's a high quality chassis, offers a lot of tuner parts, and should fit with little modification. Best of all, it's mid-motor.

Not to hijack or anything, but I'm still looking for the 1:43 scale model of this car. Last one I bid on when WAY high in price. Probably to a Jagermeister car collector, not a 914 nut :-(

MINI RACING has one, too (N.0172)

I guess even PIT and Völkl Resine came with a Jagermeister 914-6 GT (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

As far as I know these are NLA from these makers. If someone knows of a place that still sells then, please let me know. I have the Detail Cars #40 and #1 cars, and a Look-alike green one to my car. Would like the Jager to complete my set. Thanks!
