Something like this,but with a type 4,auxiliary head cooling via oil/water/glycol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HltZrFGJ4U (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Easy to blow the heads off the flat four,a real careful build can keep it together. / That the Harley Davidson patent drawing? Amazing how small the water channels are on those yet I think it allowed a full point of compression increase. |

cfd,fea,now with cooling loop,about M8,bigger is better. The flow rates keep the seat cool,so,a similar tubular coolant path around the ex-port will allow heat to be soaked away.
