LINKS not built, 4SALE not built, RACING is two years old, MAIL ACCOUNT doesn't exist (what is it, anyway?) .What do they sell? What do they do? Aside from being a place to save a few of undocumented pictures of other people's cars, what is their purpose?

Nevermind. I see the URL now. You'll have to ask Brad.

It has been my shop/experiences pics. I basically started the site because Rennlist didnt allow pics to be posted in the email..so you had to have a web server that you could upload pics into a viewable folder if I wanted to show you how to do something or show a new product.

Life made some changes. The site became low priority when I was working on purchasing another company and getting away from full time 914 crap. Now that all that failed.. I get to tunr wrenches for a living again on Porsches soooo.. All914 will get some attention as well as the HPH site over the next few months.. but since I have this BBS for picture posting and I can thumbnail EVERY pic ever posted here... the site sits. I also ran the site on Windows boxes that I had full control over... now it is .php and Linux.. If I break something I have to call tech support (the free guy's that admin this site for me.

I'm heading down now John.. everything is done. One of the reasons I was coming down happened to "fall through". The machinist dude made me a install tool for the races.

No need..just have a few ice cold Pepsi's waiting for me (and be prepared to sling some ratchets and wrenches upon my arrival.)

I have to stop by the shop and grab your goodies. After reading my lawsuit post I was soo pissed I couldnt see straight and forgot to load them in the truck for easy delivery.

You got it. It happens to everyone. Hard to bring a lawsuit against someone for work under 600$.

Jake and I where discussing how many times we have been "threatened" with lawsuits the other day while on the phone. We figured if you are not threatened at least once a year then you are not working hard enough...LOL

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Disclaimer: I am an attorney and I sue people for a living. Look, I was giving advise to a guy who was ripped off (or so he said) by a shop that did unauthorized work. I gave him some good advice and suggestions to move the matter thru court. I also pointed out how expensive it could be. I wasn't egging him on and you know in 25 years of owning sports cars and dealing with lots of mechanics, it never occurred to me once to bitch about the work done or what it cost - why? Because I talked extensively with the mechanic about what to do, what it would cost and worked with people I trusted and who were honest. Every trade and profession has its bad apples. Brad, I hope you didn't take my comments the wrong way, you are my main 914 parts connection and I would never do anything to piss you off. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

William, it would take a lot more than that. I was actually going to suggest that Olav use a local 914 owner/lawyer who is laid off right now to sue us..LOL I just finished 4 hours worth of free labor on his 3.2 powered 9146.

Olav is a friend and always will be.. I dont care if he takes the car elsewhere or bad mouths us. The phone rings off the hook and people bring cars to us from all over the USA. One loss wont kill it.

We have a billboard here in Ca. right now that says: 1.3 million lawsuits where filed in Ca. last year... ???

Brad: Holy Shit! I had no idea the Olav case was against you. I should just shut up and get back to bashing the John Kerry Sandanistas! Another frivolous lawsuit, maybe he can join up with Miles and we will have a 914 class action massacre on our hands. Oh, the humanity. Thanks Brad, makes sense. Was just curious & didn't know.

Can I bring "Die Machininschmoken" down to you then sue you to make me independantly wealthy once you're done working on her? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I've learned long ago that you can't please everyone. I also learned that weird and expensive shit happens to my 914s.

With the all914 site. I still go there and look around because I dig the picts (it helps me dream at night). I'm pissed that my car's not on there. How much more do I need to spend???
