I'm going thru my parts stash and came across these large tranny mounts. Do they go on a 911? I don't need them so I'll put them up for sale, any idea on a price for a set of (2)?

Here's a couple of pics with the large mount compared to a standard 914 one.

JP just sold a pair for $40 plus shipping. If they are indeed the 911 sport units; but they look way different than the ones he had for sale... much larger.

Those large ones look like strut mounts for something. Gimme the part number stamped in the metal and I'll check 'em for you. 911 engine/tranny mounts look just like the 914 ones. The Cap'n

Cap'n, the only thing stamped in the metal is: febi Made in Germany

There is a small bearing in the middle also, stamped on it is: INA GERMANY

Yup, strut mounts. Not sure of the application, but they look special (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Looks just like a VW A2 upper strut mount that I have here.

A2 was Golf and Jetta from 85-92 (and corrado).
