Anyone noticed that CB performance sells replacement T-4 oil coolers for half the price as everyone else? Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they OEM or ???

This is from CB.

Our type 4 oil coolers are manufactured by N and L Manufacturing Company. They
supply OEMs with radiators and heat exchanges.

So who makes the OEM coolers sold today? And are they new or refurb??

I wonder if these ones are any good?

I also wonder what Pelican sells. If OEM is NLA they must be srcing them from somewhere else.

We are questioning the source of the "new" 911 coolers also... could be BULLSHIT.

I was hoping to hear from you on this Brad. I am tempted to try the CB one out. It's $60-$80 less than everyone else.

Buy it. Bring it over when you get it in the mail. I'll compare the welds from a used one with the new one.

If they are re-conditioned, I would be worried about any gunk left inside. Even with ultrasonic cleaning etc...Some of these parts are just too damn old.

Maybe its time to go external cooler.
