For those of you who used to follow punk band they have finally found and convicted the guy who killed Mia. Been on the local news alot as this was considered a unsolvable crime.
Here is a link:Story Link

I dug out the old CD just to bang my head again.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

actually, tupac was a victim of the lifestyle he glamorized. hate to see anyone gunned down, but it seemed a natural result of his message.

sorry, off the soapbox now.

the fact that she was mudered, what 10 years ago, and they caught the guy in florida with dna. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) the coldcase with the girl that was mudered and they sent the phony letter to the guy in nj who was a suspect. he licked the envelope and they nailed him using dna from his saliva (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) . beautiful.

Mia was a Female singer of a local punk band that was just starting to make it big. This is when Pearl Jam and Nirvana played in small bars.
She left the Comet Tavern to make a phone call in the corner phone booth to be picked up and was kidnapped. She was found later dead, raped in a alley on Capital Hill. Lots of other yucky info on the killing hasn't been said, as it was pretty bad what this guy did to her.

Seattle at night was considered safe before this killing. This was the turning point.

and it has taken 10 years to find him.
How long did it take for the local cops to catch the Green River Killer? Almost 20!!! Get the drift on how bad law inforcement is here.....

Cool. I was walking the streets of SF a week ago and was thinking about this. Closure is a good thing in a situation like this.

Qarl, her name was Mia Zapata

Boy the way things are getting out in the streets makes you want to carry (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ar15.gif) it's a shame things will never be like it was back in the 60's and 70's . All
