My `70 tailshift rod is worn at the tranny end. This is where the finger drops down into the tranny shift lever.
Does anyone have some photos they could share of what an unworn or refurbished shift rod finger looks like? Side shift conversion is not in the cards at this point in the game. Thanks, Brian |

Thanks, Brian hanyes book fig 5.28 shows it kind of small. the tail shift is good, with new bushing, not all that bad at all. hardly worth the conversion effort if youget your all re-bushed. save yoru money!!!! |

Thanks for the photo!! That will help a bunch. Wasn't sure if some of the areas were worn or machined that way.
Thanks, Brian |
