99 C230 Kompressor, just changed the alternator and battery now I can't "floor it" I can creep up to speed at half throttle and use the cruise to accelerate but I can't kick her down to pass a slow moving vehicle, it bogs! Nearest Mercedes dealer is 3 hours away. Anyone familiar with a Mercedes forum that could offer some insight would be much appreciated.

Ian Stott Moncton Canada Hello Ian, I use two: http://www.benzworld.org Lots of activity, response is a little slow, and kind of clunky due to all the advertizing. http://www.mbca.org The Mercedes Benz official site. Must be a member to get the best use. (Great discounts when you are!) Not much activity... PeachParts also came highly recommended. Hope that helps. -- brett |

I was a member of a MB groupon yahoo groups which was very active at one time. I dropped out after I sold both of my Benz so not sure how it is today.
