Photo editor should work. Go to tools, resize and make it smaller. Works great.

If MS photo editor doesn't work for you search for an download IrfanView. I DL'd if for free and it works great, keeps the image clear when reducing. Also has other editing tools built in.

Ive made it smaller /reduced the pixles and every time I try to post it here I get the web site is not available (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Dump MS Photo Editor. Irfanview yields much higher quality results.

Whenever I have "resized" I have to "save as" and then when you want to post you go to browse then open what ever it was that you saved then hit add reply.. That should do it at least it has worked for me.
