The one guy says the 914 is a no power, crappy POS but would buy one if it had a 911 motor. So following his logic, he likes powerful, crappy POS'? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
Oh yeah, Like Honduh was building ledgendary street cars back in the 70s. You still see those same cars still on the road today. NOT! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif) Rarely you see an S800 (fromt he 60s BTW) but anyone would be hard pressed to think of a 70s car from Honduh that anyone would want to keep and restore. You thought 914s has rust problems. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) Someone with a 914 needs to school this fool. |

That website is run locally here in Calgary and is mostly populated by people under 20. If you see a car around this town with a large fart cannon, shopping cart wing and godzilla like body kit it most likely has a Beyond.ca sticker on it.

Strange... I can't get in to see the poll. Says "Forums are unavailable for maintenance."

You guys are fun, I love the internet. I forget the argument: Street drifting vs. Track racing? Youth vs. Maturity? Asian vs. European? Education vs. Ignorance? Aesthetics vs. Tasteless design? I like the last one but they're all fine topics of debate.
I doubt you are going to school 20 yr old kids who's primary goal is to impress the girls with flash, trash talk, and the belief they're invincible. ZorroAMG was not slamming the 914. He actually has a very tastefully modified 15 year old Mercedes. He just posted in an uninformed question and got caught in the crossfire... |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Andy I know soloracer personally, was kinda shocked that's what he thought of us. He knows me and a lot of the members on beyond, and we're far from the ricers that he's portraying us to be. A lot of us, including myself, have very extensive project cars. I'm a 951 guy, so I know what it's like at the other end of the ugly insults (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). But that thread got personal quick... had to close it. Both sides had their opinions, but it really didn't have to get that nasty. Like one of your members said, Arguing online is like the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you are still retarded. Andy hehe I just found it kinda crazy. If you read through the thread, there were 2 guys that didn't like the looks, and 3 guys that LIKED the looks. Then you guys went balistic (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). I don't even know where the Honda/Ricer argument started, the guys you were arguing with don't even drive Japanese cars hehe. One of the more touchy crowds I've seen for sure (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). |
