What might the nut size be that hold the rear Porsche reflector lense?

I was thinking maybe I could take those off instead of the catch bolts for the hinge if they would come loose easier?
I would think that if I took off the lense, it would allow me to also open up the trunk once I get the hinge bolts loose to accomodate some room to get in there??

is your trunk locked?

Get about ten long extensions, and a 10mm socket.
Remove the bolts that hold the lock to the body.
Reach in via one of the cups that hold the roof latches.
Look through the other one.

If all else fails...drill an 1/8 inch hole in the relector to push the mechanism in.
