I have a 1965 Porsche 912 engine with all parts/tin (including engine mount). Engine turns by hand (through all piston strokes), but I have not tried to start it. Carbs look like they need to be rebuilt. Bought this engine to clean-up and install in my 1969 Porsche 912, but I no longer have space for this project. (1969 Porsche 912 also for sale - runs great (VW engine installed), new paint - currently daily driver). Just to clarify a few things: The party I bought the motor from said it was running a year ago, but has been sitting since. I have not done a compression test on it yet, but am planning to in the near future and will post the results. The engine number is 744188.
Make me an offer. Comes with everything seen in the pictures: http://s1205.photobucket.com/albums/bb436/malves533/Porsche%20912%20Engine/ Porsche 912: http://s1205.photobucket.com/albums/bb436/malves533/1969%20Porsche%20912/ Keywords: 912, 914, 911, engine, Porsche, carrera, classic
