Here's how they originally looked
Petals are painted with Honda NH79M "Arctic Silver CC" Rustoluem from autozone. Words of wisdom though: don't spray the satin black before using the Silver and clear coat. I put the clear coat over everything and now I've got gloss black. Oh well. |

I think it needs more black, actually. Somewhere on the rim part, possibly just the more recessed area where the bolts are, or possibly out further toward where the tire is.
Pretty darned cool, though! It's neat to have 16s in the absolute perfect offsets. --DD |

Looks cool. Did you have to roll the rear fenders on the inside?

I agree, it would have been good to have black out
to the bolts. You can still buy halves new, and you can find them used. Bob Woodman tires can sell you used and order pieces from germany. Seals are still available new also. |

I made 7.5 x16 by cutting and welding, I have 1 inch spacerss on front and 3/4 on back. origonally made for my sons Golf, he got 17's so they are perfect for this 914. same result , just different 7.5x16 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) they look like 6x16's but the the tires fit way nicer. Left pic is same tires on 6x16's
