Fog lamp switch?

I was wondering but the PO had connected some other wires to that switch, I also could not find the switch in the wiring diagrams.

Here is what used to be connected to that switch, the black went into the front trunk and was unconnected, the yellow was piggy backed onto the cigarette light ground and the red to the fuse box.

Why did they go to current diagrams for the 75? Will use the 73, much easier.
