Just like most Canadians I love a good game of hockey. But today its my least favorite. We had a wind storm last night, actually its still going, up to 70 mph winds. My sons hockey net was hanging in the carport, blew off and landed on the teener.

Result, 2 foot long scratch on the hood.

Now I'm looking for a sanding pad for my air sander. Cant find any more. The local distributer died and took the info for the source with him. Apparently they come from the UK.

Can any of you guys ID this and send me a source.

It had a 5/8 thread, 5-3/4 inch diameter. BLue vinyl on one side for the sticky back sand paper. Pad is medium/soft density.

Any ideas.

Thanks

Most autobody supply shops should carry something like that and even woodworking supply shops.

Thanks, that very near fetched. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

everything around here is either too hard or too soft. This pad is the best 'all around' I have found.

It's got a label right on it. I would probably Google the information on the label and track down the origin. Maybe you don't have search engines in Canada? I'd do it for you but the information isn't clear in the picture.

Its a re-labeled part from the UK. The local distributer died and took the info with him. aka the original post....

No we dont have search engines...too smart for that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/screwy.gif)

I was hoping someone in Europe or the UK would be able to help.
