i took the paint code L96D into a nearby auto body supply store and they mixed me up some, 4 rattle cans. i used self etching primer too. the combination of good primer and a quality paint made an unbelievable difference. that green tape is as close to "correct" as i'm going to get.

i loaded those pictures straight away and didn't notice the pinkish hue in the first shot. equivilant of camera pink eye. isn't there in normal light.
