Question: Are there nice stiff motor mounts available for a 911, like an old one? The car is used in racing, so don't want any slop. |

Brought to you by WEVO...not cheep. There is really nothing wrong with the 911 sport mounts as long as you put the cupped washers over the top & bottom of the rubber..... left side of pic again. Much cheaper that the WEVO stuff. Attached image(s) |

There is really nothing wrong with the 911 sport mounts as long as you put the cupped washers over the top & bottom of the rubber..... left side of pic again. Much cheaper that the WEVO stuff. Yes we both remember the day up at Medford with no washers on the sport mounts. They lasted a long time without those washers, but picked a good day to fail. Ha Ha. Amazing how many shifting problems I had that were caused by user error. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yellowsleep[1].gif) |
