I have a web site for the Lotus Europa that I have owned and maintained since 2003. There is a photo gallery written in PHP that I've used for may years. I want to update the gallery to the latest version, but I have to update each upgrade till I get the newest version. However the gallery quit working a year or so ago. It is an open source program created by http://gallery.menalto.com/ . I would just install the newest version and start over but I would lose hundreds of photos from members all over the world. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to help get this program going again.

One of my favorite programs for website stuff is Beyond Compare. Basically it lets you specify 2 folders/files (current site and upgrade package) then you can copy over just the new code/files without messing up your customizations. It color codes differences and things that make it real easy to keep track of.
