Vedy nice (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

If you know Magnus, let him know to call me if he ever starts a "Rat-Rod 914" collection.

I have a few rusted hulks, just waiting for "Discovery"

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/first.gif)

My sister bought a pair of his distressed leather pants when she and her boy-toy were in LA.

Hmm, new center console material (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

I remember you telling me about this guy, Scott.

I've always believed that everyone has their own definition of "cool", and this guy is it.

His passion is amazing and he's certainly got a beautiful collection.

That is so cool. I read an article on this guy in Classic Porsche magazine a year or so ago. Great vid.

"Couple of wrenches - worst case a blow torch and a big hammer." (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

One sentence - perfectly describes the appeal of these old cars.

The man's passion really shows through. Loved the video and would like to have the ability to spend my days doing what he does.

Unfortunately, still have to pay for other things first (if those kids would just finish college!).

Watched this evening. Very glad I made the time. My 7 month old boy sat on my lap and watched it with me and was all smiles. :-)

Cool stuff. Notice from min 25 or so, to 26, when he is having a little mountain run, he's going 0 mph! Better get that fixed.

Very cool cars, and interesting owner.

Anyone who likes 911's should amble over to Pelican's 911 technical forum and read through the 96+ pages of the thread that Magnus has posted in regards to all of his cars, etc. It's a fascinating read and the film is great as well....

All those 911's and not one 914...

Well, he explains why in the video. The 911 IS Porsche, basically. If you could only choose one car the exemplified the company, I can't imagine picking any other model.

And for me, that's why I don't really want a 911. They're too common. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't jump on a chance to have a look at his garage.
