I am about to put in my new SS fuel line, running carbs, so just need one of the nipples. I know that i have to use the side that originally has the larger nipple, cause that has the fuel stock filter. But can i put the smaller OD nipple on the side with the fuel filter, cause the fuel line going from my fuel filter is too small to fit on the larger OD nipple.

I also want to take a nut of that thread size and weld a circle over its topside to act as a plug to the other opening. Whats that thread size, M14 x 1.0 ????

Thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Well if I took a small one off and put a large one on, obviously the small one fit!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

Why go smaller anyway?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

The 75 76 tank feed lines are smaller. Yes you can use those if you can source them. Get the smaller nut that goes with them too.
