I talked to Dave over at Triad West Performance the other day and my new muffler will be on its way for West coast to East coast So I thought I would take a few minutes to prepare for its arrival

Here is the old Monza begging to be removed. Note the valence has been pushed up and rolled to make clearance for the 4 tips

With the list of power tools available to cut the space for the right tail pipe, plain old tin snips worked the best. I cut 1/2 inch from the line to leave room for the rolled lip. I rolled the edge with pliers and hammered it smooth. No grinding or filing needed

here are a few pics of the new triad muffler from Dave @ triadwest performance. Everything was packaged well and professionally and made the trip from coast to coast without issue ( evan a day early) Thanks for the extra effort Dave. Intallation only took 30 to 45 min. I triad (pun intended)to stretch the fun longer but it was a simple bolt on...

Thanks for posting those videos. I recently installed OEM mufflers which are fine and quiet, but I now wished I would have gotten a Triad, because of your videos. Your car sounds great! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)
