I'm installing the coupler to my Subie transmission and trying to get that nut off. I have bent back the rim of the nut where it is locked in place, but can't isolate the axles.

Any tips on how to do this?

stubies or no.. Mine had the stubbies coming out the side... there is a whole for a shear pin... Screw driver through the hole or such to hold axle???

been awhile??

I tried vice grips and some long drill bits, which broke.
