Well,
BLOOD just turned the big THREE-OH..! Back when he was 28, he was feeling and looking a little old. To cheer him up, I bought him a quadruple bypass, some new shoes and soles, some plastic surgery (took out the wrinkles, got a chin lift), and some new color to make him look younger. Here are a couple of pics from the 29th birthday party. Poor guy got all messed up... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif) Attached image(s) |

Thanks.. I had a fellow member, 914GT paint the car. Maybe he can chime in on the details. I have the steps documented somewhere.. I'll look them up! Yes it is a base/clear

My 914 and I share the same year, but can't remember the month? I should check on that. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

QUOTE(Root_Werks @ Dec 8 2004, 08:01 PM) My 914 and I share the same year, ... decoding the Karmann body number from my 914 says that it was built at 26 June - my date of birth is 27 June unfortunately the year doesn't match (IMG:http://www.netspace-hosting.com/images/smilies/wine.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Gustl |
