I have one on my car, but three spoke. It's a Formuling France wheel (spelled correctly), if I'm not mistaken. I really like mine!

Yup, a formuling. Those horn buttons are very hard to get. The wheel I have has a dry rotted button. Yours looks good. Protect it.

I happened to see some Formuling wheels over on the Pelican board today in not nearly as nice condition going for $100 or $150. Yours looks much nicer.
