I've noticed an increase in people in other states posting their cars (Porsche and other) in other state's craigslist listings.

I usually flag/report them, as it violates the CL policies (i.e., nonlocal content)

http://www.craigslist.org/about/prohibited

Pisses me off. I get excited to find out about a newly available Porsche in the local (or neigboring city) Craigslist, only to find out it's in New York or Pennsylvania.

There are programs out there that make it easy to post on all the CL's rapidly...very annoying

I do too Doug. That's not the issue. Its seeing a new 914 listed in the Tampa craigslist pages, and when you click the ad, the car is actually located in New York.

Non-local content is prohibited.
