I am looking for two Torsion Bar Backing Plates / the little triangular three-nuted steel items required to assemble my torsion bar installation. they are available in an aftermarket venue for around 50 bucks so I would like to beat that deal by some number shipped to 92651 Laguna Beach.
My 911 front end is screaming for the upgraded to torsion bars so I will give it a few days to see if someone has a pair laying around collecting dust. thanks |

Torsion bars dont have "backing" plates, they install in the A arms and have an adj. cap at the R. facing end.
Did you mean (Anti-) sway bars? On a stock (914) car there was never a nut plate on the inside of the wheel well. The pieces I think you are seeking are only aftermarket (Welt.) and were intended to be used where no sway bar was ever installed. Attached image(s) |

Sway bar is correct - my mistake in terminology. fabricated this week good to go. Thanks |
