They look like "Gurney" wheels from Western Racing.

How wide are they? 5.5 or larger?

I had these on my '74 back in the day. The center caps may be hard to find, but you also need to be sure to get the correct lug bolts with the flat washer to properly mount them.

I've got a set of these on my car. If you use a wire brush with a soft bristle, they shine up real nice. Mine say western wheel on them. Look at the back side.
