around $400 for wheels. most will probably want to get their own tires unkless yours are LIKE NEW. what size tires?

Depends on curbing, if any. General overal condition and whether the wheels are straight and true. Curbing, oxidation, and unknown trueness? Not so much $. Unless a local pickup, the tires will make shipping cost prohibitive.
