hmmm...I have one of these in my garage, I was wondering what it was! mine came off a '73 2.0 car and looks a lot like that. let me take a pic...

Those look just like the hanger on my '74 2.0....so I'd venture to say yes, those are indeed stock early 2.0 hangers....
now that I think of it, I have no idea what the 1.7 hanger looks like ??? |

hmmm, from just looking at the pictures, i can't see any difference to my 1.8 hanger.

Those are 2.0. The 1.7/1.8 hangers are more flat. The tubes kicking up in the rear used a more 'flat' or more narrow version (top to bottom)
