Need short socket for alternator nut on pulley- don't have one in AZ and didn't bring it from IA. Want to adjust valves on the '73 and use it to turn motor over.
Access isn't the greatest obviously to measure it. TIA. |

Never thought to use the alternator to turn the engine. You have to raise the back of the car for access anyway. Transmission in 5th, one wheel blocked, turn the other.

FYI-- after a trip to Lowes, it is 22mm or 7/8"- both work.
