Question on Early Folding Brake Handle |

Ok, got an early version brake handle that folds for my 914-6. Seems like it is missing a piece that will engage the teeth of the pawl to the ratchet wheel , so no clicking when you pull up. I did some research and I think there is a compression spring piece that I am missing but it doesn't show up in the parts diagram. Anyone familiar with this.

I thought "11" was the only spring on the early handles. I remember taking mine apart on a former Six and that was the only spring I remember.

It's not a separate part but braised onto the plunger. Brad may have a good one if you need one.
