Looking to downsize. smaller house, more garage!
3 out buildings, guest house, 5 bay garage, pole building.
Almost forgot, the house has 2 cars also.
All I need now is for Don to donate a couple horses! (not)
enjoy! Move in is this fall (as soon as I sell my current house)
Can you all say "road trip"? I knew you could!

Cool man looks like a nice little fixer upper for the Fall. Must be dirt cheap compared to the California market (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Herb, I'm not sure that counts as a "down size" based on total building area! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Looks like a ton of space for projects/cars & "exile space" for the parents/in-laws/kids/visitors too!

In the current market, I'd think that your house should sell by then if priced right. Our daughter/hubby are moving to Jackson TN, & all 5 of the top list homes on their list to see put together the week before, were sold by the weekend when they when house hunting, & eventually found one off-market.

Good Luck! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Tom, you are correct, house downsize, by a couple hundred square feet. Garage and building upgrade by a couple thousand! The outbuilding footage is almost twice the house.

When I noticed two 200 amp feeds to the house I began to wonder about the electric bill..
