I found the This listing for what is listed to be a trunk handle for an original GT.

In the photo,it just looks like a stupid handle mounted to the trunk floor for no apparent reason. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/unsure.gif)

What's it for?,maybe to help the Big Show to turn the car over?

Any one know it's real purpose?
