Hey all. I have removed my axles 'cause hopefully I'll be flat towing my car up to a friends house (he's got a big-dog commercial sandblaster (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) ) to blast the rest of the paint that I didn't get with the stripper and the last of the crunchy stuff. My question is, what's the correct torque spec for the stub spindle? Considering that it's the inner bearing race as well I figure it might be a good idea to get it torqued back close to spec before hauling it up the road. Also who has the best deal on CV joints? Perf. products lists them a s NLA. That's a bit of a daunting prospect. Thanks, -K-

Just get them real tight. The CV joints ARE NLA. I sold the last ones I could find, right here on the list, a few months ago.
