Nice to see them lined up. Sort of how a dealership would have looked in the early seventies

Hi George,

What is the story of the chrome beauty rings on the wheels of the white car?

I do not remember seeing them before on 914s before. I had a set on a 1941 Dodge convertible.

many dealers added the chrome rings to get a bit of extra profit on the cars, were available throughout the years of the 914s. At one time, owners would paint the wheels flat black and add the trim rings to mimic the black centered fuchs.
