Dropped my 914N6 oil pan and found a huge oyster (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Evidently letting the engine sit untouched for a dozen years creates it. It was sitting below the drain plug so it wasn't flushed out with the recent oil change.
I've determined my lack of oil flow is all the oil drained from the pump thus allowing it to pump air instead. Any good ideas on getting the pump full of oil while it's in the car? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) (1997 Nissan Maxima 3.0L vq30de)  |
