I don't get it. If he can't complete the project, then sell all the parts
WITH the frame. Not many people are going to have all the -6
components sitting around their houses.

There was a thread many years ago where an otherwise fine
individual was claiming that the first 500 sixes were lightweights
(homologation of lighter car supposedly), and that none of the
first 50 were sent to the US. Of course neither of those is true.

"He" Is trent blake and he does post regularly on pelican.
I've bought parts from him before and he has been a very fair and honest guy in those transactions.

very pleasant and willing to help also.
I'd buy it for the vin/title. I think I'll bid on it and tuck it in the garage for rainy days.

About 2 weeks ago he mentioned something big had happened, and in the ebay add he talks about medical problems.

Check out this one...

Stripped Chassis

I'm the high bidder, cause I think a 914/6 VIN tag would make a kick-ass keychain.

Now this is speculation because I don't know this guy but I remember Brad Mayeur had a totally rusted 914-6 he was selling about a year or so ago. Maybe this is it. I heard it was yellow and pretty trashed.

Come on Rusty, you can fix that! You're not scared of a little rust! I have seen the LE project pics! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif)
