My insurance renewal is coming up next month and currently my car is just a stock daily driver.
$0 deductible 100-300-100 and all the extras including up to 150 mile towing, the magazine, tools, etc at $12k value. I've been wondering about that amount after seeing the prices spike. Pulled up their valuation chart and it shows daily driver at $20k value. Made the change online, with no justification other than their chart, and it's now $392a year Peace of Mind. |

I just switched to Hagerty today also. Better price and coverage that my daily driver insurance company. I also went with $20k value.

I don’t think I could replace mine at this point for less than 35k. Hagertys let me insure it for 45k for a little less than 500 a year.

Hagerty for $50,000 guaranteed value at $321 per year with cherished salvage, the typical liability coverage, & zero collision deductible.

@914werke It's an extra rider on the policy whereby if the car is deemed a write off (totaled), you get the full insured value and keep the car as well. I've got it on mine and it is quite reasonable. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) 'cherished salvage' must be that the insured is allowed to buy the wreck if it is a total . Note to self..... must compose more quickly. |

I must live in a shitty part of town... $530 for what the OP listed above.
Or they know I have to drive out-of-state to get to the cool events (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |
