With the rash of shifting issues popping up doing a GB so you can inexpensively replace all the bushings in one shot even the cover and correct band to keep the crud out.

You will get the 1 cup bushing ( one at the transmission)
the bushing at the firewall
the knuckle bushing (yes set of 2)
the transmission guide bushing
the rubber sleeve for the rod at the transmission

Option for new cover ... at $8
option for new cover band and hardware at $9
Maybe even a few other options (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
You know me ..while you are there.

Thanks!

Really need 20 takers to make this worthwhile and run with it.

These are in stock, so no problem with the parts.

I'm in - GB on this is great, should consider adding this package as a standard catalog item, very convenient to get everything on one shot.

As usual, a GB hits, but I already bought most of these pieces (all of the bushings). They all worked out perfect. Buy with confidence (duh).

Hello Mikey......Thank you for your help and my kit will arrive soon. Please confirm there is a bushing under the shift lever and what is it called? Is it included in the kit? And what exactly is the firewall bushing? The round rubber bushing in the firewall that the interior shift shaft goes through? Simple questions but I don't know this stuff for sure. thank you very much!

If the tail shift option is available here,
I’m in and I’m in NO HURRY to get it..
If it takes you time to make some pieces,
I’d be glad to wait...
Just let me know if I should sign up here
and now or wait for a specific Tail Shift
Buy....
Thanks for all you do....

The early cars use a cup bushing in the shift rod (the one the shift knob is on). I may have added some confusion as I had just done my 72 and was thinking early when I initially put this out there. Late side shift would not require the 2nd cup bushing.

The firewall one is at the bulkhead and is under the rubber bellows. I’m working on having an option to add the cone screws for those that need / want them.

I plan to open this up Monday with another GB that you can combine if you so choose. Another inexpensive part many folks are missing.
Thanks all just need a few more takers.

Thanks,
Mark
